• Where do you get the meat from?
• The meat is sourced from Multiple Halal Farms & Slaughter houses across Washington and Oregon
• What is your delivery time-frame?
• All orders placed before 3 PM are shipped out the same-day & delivered the next day (orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next day)
• Where is your physical store?
• We ship directly to your Doorstep and do not have a physical retail store.

All shipments are sent in FDA compliant insulated boxes, although we design our packaging to keep your meat cold for one full day in transit and an additional 12 hours on your doorstep, however, it is recommended that you store the product safely in refrigeration as soon as you receive it -

Note: It is common for your package to arrive with partially melted gel packs. As long as the meat is cool to touch, it is good!

Our policy lasts 3 days from when you recieve your order. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once processed and approved, we will refund the amount you paid less the shipping cost to you and from you to us. 

This refund will be in the form of store credit (gift card) which may be used for future purchase on zabeehameats.com
